Relocation
Privileges
A member of the University Club, upon relocating, may apply for
membership on a space available basis to any other Associate Club
(not in the Founder or Charter stages of development) beyond a
50-mile radius. The value of The University Club initiation deposit
existing at the time of relocation may be applied to the initiation
deposit at the new Club. These benefits are only available to
those who are Associate Plus Members.
Cancellation
Policy
The Club needs to be notified of canceled reservations 48 hours
prior to a special event. Cancellation within 48 hours will result
in charges equal to 100% of the event price.

Member Preferred Plus: 50% discount on the lowest published room
rate by category when reservation is booked no more than 10 days
before arrival.
