Accommodations:
  • Private rooms are available for 8 people or more for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
  • Breakfast: Up to 250 people
  • Lunch: Up to 250 people
  • Wedding or Dinner Receptions: Up to 600 people
  • Cocktail Style Receptions: Up to 600 people

Menu / Event Planning
A preset menu is required for all parties of eleven people or more. The club's Private Event Director Tiffany Morehead will be happy to assist you in menu planning and coordinating details such as flowers, decorations, entertainment, audio visual equipment, etc.

A guaranteed number of guest attendees is required two working days in advance of any private event. Billing will be based on this guarantee or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will apply for events cancelled within 48 hours. For events cancelled within 24 hours, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Hours of Operation Breakfast and Lunch: Monday - Friday
Dinner: Wednesday - Saturday

Food and beverage minimums do apply to open the club during normal closure.

Food and beverage minimums do apply for all events, if the minimum is not met in food & beverage, the difference will be applied as a room charge.

Sponsorship
As a Member, you have the privilege to sponsor a non-Member to use the club for their special event. Room charges do apply for all non-member events. Room charges are waived for Tower Club and Associate Club Members.

Dress Code
Club By-Laws require Members and their guests to wear collared shirts and slacks during breakfast and lunch and a coat is required for evening A` la Carte dining, ties are optional. Also, NO SHORTS are allowed in the Club at anytime. Please advise your Guests of our dress code when making plans to visit the Club to avoid any possibly embarrassing situations.
