Reservations:
Reservations are always required for dinner; lunch reservations
are not necessary, but encouraged. For parties of 4 or more, we
strongly suggest reservations at lunch.
Dress Code:
Business attire is required for Breakfast and Lunch. Coats are required for Dinner and ties are optional. Shorts, athletic wear, and flip flops are not permitted at any time.
Membership
Number:
The Member and the Member's spouse will use their Membership number
in all orders for food, beverage and service.
Guest Passes:
Guests must be accompanied by the Member in the Club. If the Member
is not able to attend, a guest pass may be issued by the Manager
or Membership Director. Members are responsible for all charges
made by their guests.
Service
Charge:
An automatic 18% service charge is added to the ticket and is distributed
to all service staff. No cash tipping is allowed.
Members
Statement of Account:
Statements are billed during the middle of the month, showing all
charges since the previous statement. Dues are pro-rated.
Delinquent
Accounts:
Accounts unpaid for 30 days are considered delinquent and a late
charge of 10% of the past due amount will be added to next month's
statement. If an account is unpaid for 60 days, a notice will be
sent to the Member. If this 60 day delinquency is not remedied within
10 days from the notice date, the Member will be suspended from
all Club privileges and so notified. If payment is not received
within 10 days after suspension, the matter will be reported to
the Board of Governors for appropriate action which may be expulsion.
Children's
use of the Club:
Members requesting their children to use the club in their absence
should make prior arrangements with the Membership Director or Club
Manager. Children under 21 living at home may use the Club. Under
Louisiana state law, alcoholic beverages may not be served to children
under 21.
Menus:
Members will always receive unpriced menus at dinner unless otherwise
requested at the time of reservations.
