Founded in 1979, the University Club of Shreveport is the pre-eminent private club for discriminating people with similar social, professional and business attainment. The membership caliber, décor, the quality of food and beverages, and the personalized service of the University Club meet the distinguished standards of excellence associated with the very best private clubs.

Located on the 15th floor of the American Tower in the heart of downtown Shreveport, club facilities include a delightful lounge, spacious dining rooms, and private dining rooms with a spectacular panoramic view of the Red River and the Shreveport-Bossier area. Special attention has been given to the use of art and sculpture, lighting and landscaping, to foster and create an atmosphere of camaraderie, comfort, lighthearted elegance, and a sense of well-being.
